DAY 1
Master the Innovation Facilitation Fundamentals
Divided into 4 modules you will understand the foundational theory, methods, and tools of facilitation and its importance as a driver of innovation and effective problem-solving. Learn the key phases of and how to drive collaboration across the innovation process, using

Module 1: Key principles of facilitation and how it can foster innovative solutions and successful outcomes.
Module 2: The stages of the innovation process, including frameworks like Design Thinking and how to apply these frameworks to real-world challenges.
Module 3. Refine ideas through feedback and iterative processes and develop actionable solutions for real-world problems.
Module 4: Learn to guide teams with confidence and achieve successful outcomes.
DAY 2
Advanced Facilitation Skills and Application
Day 2 is focused on mastering stakeholder management, how to manage conflicts or conflicting priorities within teams, and how to design and execute effective collaboration, workshops, and meetings. All are centered around real-world cases you bring to the session.

Module 5: Develop skills for stakeholder identification, communication, and integration of feedback.
Module 6: Master conflict resolution and navigate diverse team dynamics.
Module 7: Gain expertise in crafting and managing meetings and workshops to improve engagement and achieve goals.
Module 8: How to create and refine an action plan for integrating facilitation skills into your role with incorporated feedback for continuous improvement.
ONLINE COACHING & COMMUNITY
Applied innovation facilitation
You’ll leave the 2-day course with an assignment to apply what you’ve learned in your organization. After 3 weeks and then again at 7 weeks, you will meet online in smaller groups, facilitated by your course leader, to share your results and reflect on your experiences.
